We ship worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and internationally. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our Return Policy page for full details.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry XS to XL for most styles. Each product page includes a size reference, and our Size Guide has full measurements. When in doubt, size up — LOWKEY pieces are designed with a relaxed, premium fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
How do I care for my LOWKEY pieces?
Follow the care label inside each garment. General rule: cold wash, inside out, air dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality.

100%. Every LOWKEY piece is an original design — conceived, designed, and quality-checked by our team.
